Excited to try these! I am getting back into tennis and actually learning proper technique through lessons and I think that has caused some wrist pain so I want to strengthen my wrists to hopefully reduce pain from happening.

i just got a wrist pain on the outer-side while playing Tennis. I was trying to have more spin on the ball by flicking my wrist and it was my first time at flicking, Now its a minimal pain,i can play tennis but there is still pain while Hitting the ball.
I fell down from tree since 4 mnts m suffering from a wrist injury. still m getting pain while doing pushups. will these exercises help me out?? or should I do any rehabilitation exercises? ?
Nice video. Do you know about the cmc joint pain at the base of the thumb. I've suddenly started experiencing that pain and I'm not able to get rid of it even after rice therapy.

You should do light stretching and make sure you body is warmed up a bit. It's best to stretch after the exercises with the range of motion stretches I show at the end of the video.
