Magic the Gathering has “reading the card explains the card.” In the Division, we have “reading the talent, then checking out iKia’s content, explains the talent”
Love your video ideas !!! Super fun to follow along. By the way - i was wondering if you are planning on doing an in-depth look for the remaining weapon clases? Especially shotguns, with the new exotic, talents etc.
i will somewhere later in this season, i was waiting for this season because i wanted to see if they had rebalances for shotguns and pistols, as they werent touched before, now it seems they arent touching those so i will revisit them.
Lol The Bluescreen exotic mentions an on-kill spread mechanic. It exists as I've triggered it, but 99% of the time it doesn't work. The description states the spread affects hostiles "within 10 meters" of the marked target. The current running theory is that the programmer who worked on this feature coded it so that it affects hostiles "exactly 10m" from the target that died (this has been the only way to trigger it in the shooting range)
I'm to point out some wierds things about ortiz. 2nd and 3rd set bonuses seems multiplicative stat increases. I might be wrong but I done some tests and I get unusual numbers.
yep, players health and armor + any other modifiers(DtA, DtH, not sure about DTOC, if the enemies around affected by explosion have red flag applied, sledgehammer etc.)
@@TheSzepyCZ The explosions dmg is exactly the value of the players armor. You can check this on the shooting range and by changing your loadout/armor value and you will see the numbers change to what your armor is. And thats clearly bugged. Because description of the talent states clear it should scale with enemys armor and it will be reduced for named npc (otherwise it would be a high two digit million number)y
what SCarter said there is the likely reason indeed, they either don't know it fully, or they know but there is better things to spend time on. overall they have fixed a ton of them over time, as even recently with last season they fixed up a few descriptions, and have been good about the new things they have been adding mostly, so the list is shrinking.
Some things can be changed in a patch while other things require a lengthy approval process; Localization is one of those things. Text string changes have to be translated into every language that the game offers, reviewed, and then approved (probably by somebody at Ubisoft) so it takes a lot longer.
