It's been more than 400km to get here (thanks Bravada for working that out) and we're within reach of the pole so I feel pretty confident we're going to get there this week - but we all know how that goes...

Thank you, Splitsie and all the others for this series of extreme fun. Even though it always started late here in germany, I always kept awake, at least to see you guys get rolling, and the next day I used my homeoffice hours to watch the entire episode - and everytime I had tears in my eyes and my neck hurt from shaking my head about some decisions you made. But always, I had a lot to laugh. It was such a great fun and I wish, I would know as much about this game, to join you guys for this fun time. Don't forget to tweet the maps when getting the recap of the whole trip ready! I can't wait for the next series and hope you all will be there again!

I could feel the frustration, of Splitsie trying to get everyone to pay attention to highly detailed story building. But instead was presented with "who could run through the next door the quickest".. Basically the opposite of my wife's frustration, as she watches me play games and I can't leave a single stone unturned..

@@Splitsie I am glad, I was trying to decode what it was saying from paused video frames.. And I concluded that I just didn't have enough of the message to work it out.. Knowing there was nothing to work out at all makes me feel better that I failed because it was impossible, and not because I wasn't smart enough.

So, you've driven there before then, Splitsie :P Your fault Capac caught invulnerability skin btw, another evolution prompted by your two favourite predations, Capac and trees. He first caught invisibility, like the trees, but went a step further because he's Capac. Most worrying was your withdrawal reaction from not being able to kill him for a few minutes. You tried so hard, becoming ever more desperate, and when he was finally cured you immediately chased him down for a fix. It's an addiction, man. Great finale, originally watched from bed where I was trying and failing to sleep because you all made me keep watching. Just watching the best bits again, taking me a while.

Brilliant series guys, you are an amazing team, i could probably sit here and watch you just read the phone book!!! Possibly my favourite episode , mainly i think due to the immortal capac incident, nearly had tears rolling down my face at that point! Although my second favourite was the episode where we were discussing some of my favourite tv shows , babylon 5 and stargate, always good to hear other people talk about them! Cant wait for more from you all! Thanks to you all, and in relation to the question in chat i am 46!! Unfortunately am never able to watch the stream live, although always look forward to catching up with it.

Possible later series for you. Wrong way ordered. Multi player: Each player has a land (non flying) rover. Each rover has one main function for the team. (E.g. refinery, medical, combat drones, assembly, mining/drilling, large cargo, etc.) Each rover must be driven by its owner only. No one else allowed to drive it, but they are allow to use seats that work none driving functions like turrets, drill arm. At the start the group starts with the same design small grid rover (E.g. Luna starter) to adjust and build their role rover from. If the players is not on for the session, their rover must be towed with the group. All rovers must remain within a certain distance from at least one other rover. If any rover is damage or destroyed beyond repair/use, it’s game over. If a player wants to go large grid rover, they must build it off their original rover and other wise if they grind down their small grid rover before building the large grid, they have effectively destroyed their rover. Main object is the normal one for wrong way, drive the convoy from pole to pole of a planet (size/type of planet is up to you) Add/remove to this as need to make a great series for the convey journey. This is just a suggestion/idea.

It really shows the impact that you, Splitsie, have made on this community and its so awesome to see everyone come together to make something like this not only possible, but amazingly enjoyable for everyone involved, even us. So from what I can piece together...Shack left in secret, with the aid of Steve, unable to tell you their plans due to your radios being bugged by the bots. While you guys took the direct route and kept the bots' attention, he flew a brave mission to their main base, air dropping Steve near the surface while he drew the attention of their last line of defense. A dangerous fight, of which there was little hope of survival, but it worked. With the distraction, Steve was able to infiltrate the AI transmitters, disrupting the bots' control enough to create the insurrection and eventually, the opening for you guys to swoop in and pull the captured engineers, pilots, and mercenaries. A heroic mission which ultimately cost him his life, but saved many more. Whether or not I've read this accurately(Who's to say? None who were there remain alive save Steve, who was cruelly abandoned when you escaped!), a truly fantastic finale to a fantastic series. My only regret is that I didn't follow along with it live.

Well done with this finale. A very impressive setting and a nice touch getting all collaborators off the planet with you (at least, those who made it out of cryo). Had the Halo warthog run (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xSHYFQ_LUIk.html ) in my head during the tunnel drive... It actually matches very well if you start it when Capac passes Splitsie in the tunnel ;) 2:34:06 I'll be missing the weekly updates from this series and your crew of sheneniguys. I'm very curious about the setting of your next project!

Great series, even if I had to watch most of it at 1.5-2x speed to make it reasonable. For the next iteration of this, may I suggest you get a custom water world? (I'm sure there's plenty of people willing to help with that). Start at the south pole with enough cobalt, magnesium and whathever to build a large ship and get going, cross archipelagos, open water, mangroves so you can satisfy your tree-killing urges, solid land to make you build a Capacnama canal using warheads... I think it could be pretty interesting

There have been lots of suggestions of the water mod, the biggest challenge with that is making the water into an interesting challenge. Once you can float and move forward it's pretty easy and I haven't yet come up with a way to make that time more interesting.

Am I the only one who's OCD was going off whenever they didn't check every corridor and path, along with the different lockers and chests. Rule 1 of tomb raiding, always go the opposite direction if the most obvious direction, that's where the loot is.

If the design is "GOOD" then it should be published to the workshop after this series is finished. Just opening the runway, or absailing mountaineering would be a great education for anyone learning the game.

Splitsie r Waysted is there any way to self level the jetpack im building a ship and the next thing ya know im upside down,,its getting rather annoying,,can yall help?

Sort of but not really. Quickly switching your jetpack off while in a gravity field (can be artificial or planetary) will make your engineer align to the local gravity, but as soon as you turn your jetpack back on and start moving around it'll misalign again. The freedom of movement gets easier to manage over time, even Capac's become better at it over the years :D

I would like to do more stuff in space but I've still not struck upon something that makes such a thing more appealing than being on a planet. Space is pretty empty

@@Splitsie Have a custom solor system of X number of planets, but make resources in space non-existent besides ice and iron. For anything else, you need to locate a planet that has materials you need. No static grids on planets and thrust in only one direction for atmospheric. In space, you can only use hydrogen, but you're not limited to thruster direction. You can only use static grids on asteroids. Story: You're serveyers dispatched to a neighboring solor system and your goal is to servey each planet for potential resource mining for your home planet. But be mindful... There is danger awaiting the unwary. What was supposed to be a simple servey mission turns into a fight for survival as a sentient android race hunts you down.

"runway... down"/runway... up?" It's not that it's top heavy any more, he's right there is enough weight at center bottom, it's just that opening/closing it changes the fulcrum of the center mass. Don't forget it can also rotate, you just left it at that axis most of the series, unless he changed it some time and I never noticed you can still orientate it length wise.

As the person who built nearly all of what we went through I was actually really happy with the pace. I never expected every detail to be shown but always like to put that detail in so when it's looked for it's found 🙂

Hey Splitsie, i'm sorry my comment is not directly related to this serie, but i'm rewatching the survival unlikely => escape unlikely with Capac, (great great work you two, i laugh so much at your vids and am amazed of what you two can build) i was wondering something, i'm kinda tired of the conveyor junctions and tubes of the vanilla, and i think i saw you build some "conveyor pipes" that you can put on walls or ceilings (of what i remember i saw them when you were back on earth in the early serie) i searched the workshop for something like that but can't find those, do you see what i'm talking about ? is so, can you link me the mod ? Continue the good work, watching you is always fun and/or interesting, almost all i know of Space engineers, you taught me ;) either with your tutos or your series.

Oh ok Nvm i found those on "eikester decoration pack" didnt think it was "decorations" xD well sorry for the post, at least that allowed me to tell you how great your content is ;)
