Wushu es un arte marcial muy antiguo, se requiere de practica fisica,flexibilidad y dominar el cuerpo y la mente para lograr hacer cada tecnica bien realizada hasta lograr la excelencia. Gracias por el video :) me instruye muchisimo.

Try using gravity to ur advantage. With the front and side stretching I would flip the position so that I would front or side stretch toward the ground instead, with the the leg that is parallel to the ground up on a table of sufficient height and a loop around my ankle tied just clse enough to a nearby post or something so I wouldn't fall on my face lol. Hope this helps

O and after doing this just a little while I found I was able to flip the position back to the way they show in the vid. Still cant touch my toes to my chin lol but ya many ways to skin a cat, hope this helps, any questions Ill be happy to tell, good luck, peace

O and itd be somewhere above my ankle that the loop would take hold-but yknow, whatevers cxomfortable enough lol-, and since I didn't want to feel it digging into my flesh Id fold my tube socks to make a kind of padding over it and since I didn't like the edge of the table digging into me Id basicly place a couple folded towels over the edge on the other side. My method rmoved a lot of discomfort and made it easier to focus on the stretching instead of balance and, well, discomfort lol.
