To improving your flexibility for wushu(I think in wushu the muscles that are most often tight are the hamstrings and hip flexors) you need to use pain threshold intensity but the key to any stretching is regularity, and these activities are not meant to be done at a high intensity just. You can use the quantification of training (ACSM, 1998) - flexibility: 2 to 3 days / week With a static stretch, the position in which a slight stretch is felt should be held 15-30 seconds, and each stretch should be repeated 3-5 times on each side of the body. There are several forms of dynamic stretching, with the key difference being that dynamic stretches take the joint and muscles through the full range of motion, often repeatedly ( ex.: wushu kicks like: zhang ti tui; wai bai tui; tan tui; ce chuai tui; ce ti tui; li he tui; tekong fei jiao;...)

Professor Gabriel, tenho 45 anos, e qd era mais jovem tinha uma ótima flexibilidade, fazia abertura e espacate lateral, claro que não tão perfeito qt o senhor, queria saber se posso chegar a fazer tão bem quanto o senhor seguindo as orientações dos seus videos?

El Wu Shu deportivo en sus modalidades de Tao lu no tiene nada que ver con aprender a luchar, es un ( deporte) basado en las artes marciales chinas, pero es solo un deporte gimnástico. El sanda es la versión moderna le la lucha tradicional china, pero también es un deporte el cual tiene un propósito muy distinto al de las artes marciales chinas tradicionales, por lo tanto, decir que esto no sirve para la lucha, es lo mismo que decir que el tiro deportivo con pistola no sirve para sobrevivir en una guerra.
