There are several forms of dynamic stretching, with the key difference being that dynamic stretches take the joint and muscles through the full range of motion, often repeatedly ( ex.: wushu kicks like: zhang ti tui; wai bai tui; tan tui; ce chuai tui; ce ti tui; li he tui; tekong fei jiao;...)

+Peredur Jenkins I know Thomas kurz is an old man and his flexibility is awesome. Yet, I guess he started when he was very young, although, I'm not sure.
El Wu Shu deportivo en sus modalidades de Tao lu no tiene nada que ver con aprender a luchar, es un ( deporte) basado en las artes marciales chinas, pero es solo un deporte gimnástico. El sanda es la versión moderna le la lucha tradicional china, pero también es un deporte el cual tiene un propósito muy distinto al de las artes marciales chinas tradicionales, por lo tanto, decir que esto no sirve para la lucha, es lo mismo que decir que el tiro deportivo con pistola no sirve para sobrevivir en una guerra.
