Thank you so much for this video I regret not taking wushu seriously during primary school and the passion to practice martial arts have been hiding inside me for so many years. I know stretching before doing the stances are important and I forgot majority of the exercises during primary school. Thx you so much

@ Yaowen how long have you been practicing wushu?? Doing wushu stretches you should suggest that people should warm up before doing theses stretches. I should know I was a wushu practitioner before . Just giving some insight .

Of course, flexibility training have to be trained everyday in order to maintain healthy and strong muscle, split can be an indication to understand which muscle in our lower body that's not flexible enough, if you feel that your tights is not flexible enough for split, work for it, focusing more on your thighs when doing flexibility training, do exercise that targeting things the most
