@@user-http55588 that's not cheating...after hand slips the ref is suppose strap them in. Some arm wrestlers prefer to arm wrestle in strap. While slipping out can be done intentionally to avoid a pin, It's part of arm wrestling strategy to reset the match or to go the straps.

Thats true perfect example was his match against John Brezenk at King of Table 2 last December I believe there 6th match spanning a period of 20 years, Devon this time just had to much for John whose still pretty damn great for 57 and not prime the first one was competitive I'm sure ya saw it, but then next 2-3 pulls Devon was just talking major shit he was all " yahhhh john yahhhh tired...oldddd...gassed out dryyyy lol while just crushing him this time!, and that was him trash talking to fricking John Brezenk man a man who I a pretty sure he is in fact at least moderate friends with and both of whom respect and admire the hell out of each other, and yet right after the match all that trash talk is gone and its back to nothing but respect and humility and john he doesn't take that shit personally at all which is also cool he gets it entirely obviously and has nothing but great things to say about Larrat and his own legacy!.

I am not an arm wrestler but in my youth I weighed 290 to 300 pounds at 6'4 and did a lot of power lifting , my friend who also wasnt a arm wrestler but knew how to do it , would beat me 90% of the time in an arm wrestle and he weighed just over 220 at 5'11 . He knew he just had to hold me back for those first few seconds and I would tire after that very quickly , only times I won is when I started with enough force to make him loose his footing and thus unable to hold, which happened seldom ,he liked to rock climb....
