If the Hyatt business card was fashioned after this card it would been a winner. I got this card about 8 months ago, it was featured on Waller's wallet. Wyndham is a mixture of high-end and low-end properties, and it's collaboration with Cesars is a no-brainer. This card is a must-have for our community.
I’ve had this card since January and I love it. It is harder to find nice Wyndham properties, but they are out there. I stayed in a really cool one in Colorado (the Origin in Westminster). The Wyndham Shopping Portal was doing 11 X at the Apple store earlier in the year so I got a crazy amount of points buying a new computer. I’ll be staying next year at some of their properties in Athens Greece, all on points- the Wyndham Athens residence and Dolce by Wyndham Attica Riviera. In the future I would consider the Earner + card for 4X Dining and Grocery.
@@markplymale You can match to Cesars and then to MGM, and then to Hyatt Explorist(The main reason I was underwhelmed by the WHO new business card). It's a hell of a card, I put every other card on hold and did the needed gardening to get approved for this card.
Wow! As someone who considers himself well versed in credit cards, I had no clue this card existed! Definitely wowed me with not only how low of a spending requirement was for a business card but also the amount of points you get from it! Also the fact that you can transfer points to airlines is huge! Do you know more about this customer service or how reliable redeeming points actually is? As always though keep up the great work Mark and congrats on 5.5K!!

I really feel like no one ever talks about it or if they do I just somehow have never seen anything on it. I don’t look at Barclays cards a lot because I’m so invested in chase and Amex and tend to focus my attention on their products
Status matching Wyndham diamond to ceasers diamond!!! Unlocks all sorts of stuff especially since Wyndham stopped status matching to other hotels this year. Solid video had no idea. Definitely keep this in the future cards I apply for!
I actually have this card and have had it for about six months now. I got it a few weeks before they boosted the sign up bonus but it's still a good card. Having diamond with Wyndham is nice, but your mileage with status will vary from one location to another. Some hotels offer better customer service than others. I think it's a keeper card since the annual free points it gives on every anniversary can be good for 1-2 nights at an average property. On the downside while you are getting outsized value with your points, it's not as crazy as the outsized value you get with Hyatt, Marriot, etc
Just to add on, this is my first ever hotel card and I'm happy with it. But I suspect if you are someone who came from the world of Hyatt, Marriot, Hilton, etc you might feel like this card and the hotels are lackluster. But if you want a hotel chain that has locations pretty much everywhere and has lots of a availability then it's a card worth getting. I got it because I visit people who love in pretty rural towns that don't have Hilton's or Marriot hotels, but something in the Wyndham family is always there.
After I got the sign up bonus I primarily use this card for the 5x on my utility and internet bills. 8x on gas is great too but I don't have a gas powered car so it doesn't do much for me. But for most people that 8x on gas is really good
I disagree with the last part of your opinion. If you consider the LOW ANNUAL FEE , the business status NOT adding to your 5/24 total, the top tier status for Wyndham that transfers to Cesar's top tier status and the anniversary free points for nights, this card is a better value than the Hyatt & Marriott cards. They are just more popular.
Great vids as always bro!!! The biggest upside is to get the status match with Ceasar Rewards Diamond status which will get you the $100 celebration dinner which will pay for itself. Also, can't be hoarding points, it expires 4 years after earning it.
Damn, wish I saw this video earlier. The bonus dropped to 45k points. But the status and 8x points multiplier at gas stations is very valuable for my trucking business. I might have to get it!

Sitting in my Harrah's hotel room in Vegas right now. Caesar's Diamond status waives resort fees. This Wyndham card is the only way I know of right now to get Wyndham Diamond with a card. And Caesar's status matches Wyndham Diamond to Diamond. So, this is the cheapest way I know of to "buy" Caesar's Diamond status.

I've known about the Wyndham line of credit cards. Problem is, I live in Puerto Rico, and Barclays does not offer credit cards to anyone living here, so I can't get this, despite there being Wyndham hotels here. I'm stuck with the Amex or Chase cards when it comes to hotel cards.
This has been a great card for me. Sucks I only got the 45k welcome offer but I use their brand of hotels regularly. For a personal card it's showing great value so far
I don't know this from personal experience, but my understanding is that the card is issued by Barclays, and Barclays reports business credit cards to personal credit. So this will impact Chase 5/24.
This is great info to know. I looked it up and I think you’re right. It seems a bit vague and like ymmv but to be safe I would say you’re right and that this card would report to personal credit report and count towards 5/24

This card is a great card. but especially when you use hack to get Hyatt discoverist status. I think Hyatt hotels and loyalty status are the best hands down. And its not close.
Yeah I know about this card because I have it. Awesome 90K signup bonus and diamond status with stacked benefits. Hotels are meh but still a great card to have.

Sure my bad for not mentioning those details! They’ll want to see a FICO around 700+ for approval but maybe can get approved at 680+ as long as debt to income ratio is good

Thank you that you made a video . I applied last week and was approved for $4000. What i really like is that you get diamond status on Caesars propertys. And i think you get 2 or 3 nights on the bahamas at atlantis hotel
eBay selling is for sure a business! Estimate your annual income from it and just use your total household income for the other portions and you should be fine. You’re sole prop
