Wynonna has always had that powerful deep raspy voice. Although I had never heard this particular song, it makes sense that she could do a blues type song very well.
I cannot convey enough how happy I am to see Wynonna on your channel. #WynonnaForever I only wish y’all would be aware of the accomplishments and impact The Judd’s made on Country music…absolute madness. Wynonna is easily on of the top female vocalist, performers and songwriters. Then, you have her as a human being…honest, hilarious, strong in her faith, and tragic. Be it Country, Southern Rock or Gospel…Wynonna bring you to your knees. Thank you.
Donna, swate Jaysus that was an incredible pick! I've been a Wynona fan for years (literally) but somehow never found this one. Oh my Lord, soooo good. So now I have a new favorite Wynona song, and I got to see these guys more totally gobsmacked than I've ever seen. The reaction alone was worth the price of admission, lol.
I can’t remember seeing Dustin actually get chills so visibly. I know he has said sometimes he got chills listening to songs, but I actually saw him get chills watching Wy
Yes, she has so much talent that she had to go out on her own to showcase it. She can sing any genre. Check out her other songs to experience the whole package.
That's funny that you mentioned Marty Stuart. I was just thinking about you guys when his song "The Crow" came up on my driving playlist yesterday. I am so glad you did that song because I love it while driving.
You're right, but Google says it's country so I figured I was safe, lol. You didn't hear what she said after the song. Her mother, Naomi, wrote that song. Also, it turned out that the lady she was talking about was actually in the audience that night and did not know if Wy had received the letter she sent until that concert. . (Thank you for the unexpected surprise.). Awesome reaction. P.S. You don't get receipts anymore because we can no longer call in requests to Vine and Table. They have to be done online and listed as a gift because the only place to put the request information is under the gift card. Just FYI. The bottle was $36.99
@@MrNiccholas I'm glad you enjoyed it. I've always been a little out of step with a lot of folks in my music preferences. When I was a teenager all my friends were listening to the Beatles and the Doors but I was into Motown hits. So I'm never sure if anyone else will like what I like. ☺️
@@donnawilliams4148 I can feel you there! I was more into old Western Music (aka Roy Rogers, Dale Evans, Gene Autry, etc), Classical Music, and Chorale Music growing up. I didn't really branch out into other genres of music much until later in my college years and into my mid 20s. Now in general I don't really care what style or genre it is, a good song is a good song!
I’ve been subscribed little bit over 2 years seen almost all y’all’s reactions and I don’t think I’ve ever seen Keith nerd out so bad. I enjoy y’all’s reactions very entertaining
Pretty nice whiskey for under $30. Saw her sing live at the Royal Gorge Bridge amphitheater one warm summer evening. I'd never heard this song before before. One terrific summer evening
Not exactly "Girls with Guitars" huh guys. I loved watching you nerd out Keith, even if you catch heck in the comments. Wynonna has been one of my favorites for a long time.
Just fantastic! Now that you will appreciate country artists doing something different, Please do Roy Clark playing Mageluena on “the odd couple” I’ll it’s better than Tommy Emmanuel!
Fantastic reaction, do I have to think twice about the gentleman when I consider Jessica rabbit. The thing you are not getting kids is that blues I should say delta blues cuz that's what this was this was delta blues pure and simple and country are very closely related. Take a look at Hank Williams Senior and Hank Williams. On that note Hank Junior they call me bocephus.
Well this was quite a way to start my day! This channel has shown me on more than 1 occasion that I am, in fact, a Blues fan! Before I started watching y'all I would not have said that, but WOW. . . You know, thinking about it, Wynonna Judd kind of reminds me of Julie London, only Wynonna is way better in my opinion! I know I'm too young to know Julie London, but when I was about 10 my parents introduced me to the Show "Emergency" from the 1970s and it is still one of my all time favorite TV shows. Julie London played nurse Dixie McCall.
REMEMBER THE VIDEO YOU SEEN IT WAS COUNTRY BUT KEITH YOU CALLED IT BLUEGRASS RICKY SKAGGS WAS THE MAN PLAYING GUITAR... LOOK UP YOUNG RICKY SKAGGS. YOU BE VERY SURPRISED AND ENTERTAINED KEEP IT UP❤
Dustin, Would you please add some Lee Brice songs to the list? I am currently obsessed with his music and think you would like it. Hard to Love, Memory I Don't Mess With, Save the Roses, also Boy is one that the two of you will find relatable, both having sons. Thanks!
