@@buthol1355 yeah. He was the one that set ranchers barn on fire at start of movie. Ben Wade only killed assholes. One of my favourite movies. Can't believe I don't own it on DVD.
“Don’t be Fred. Don’t turn into se- just, go do your exercise, step away from the computer and the chili cheese fries, getcherself some exercise, or else you’ll experience your demise.” -Fat Dukes
T ERUPTPURE If you're gonna bring up the Ultimate version, I'd like to point out that the 616 Scarlet Witch killed thousands of people, while the Ultimate version of her was having sex with her brother. That didn't stop her from becoming popular in the Avengers movies.
eehh. no. Its not underrated. ITs not a very good movie. IT has its moments, and the Blob moments are some of them, but overall, the movie is say is rated appropriately.
Though I really did not like this movie, I loved the cast, and Kevin Durand was one of the highlights. I was actually wierded out by how good of an actor he was when you consider which character he was playing. I wish we could have seen more of him. He was surprisingly interesting.
Am I the only one who Imagines if Kevin made a video response to Nicole Arbor's "Dear Fat People" in full Blob costume and prosthetics just to scare the piss out of her?
@@Matthew-Anthony Yes i'm sure. I don't expect a talent scout to go to their local Walmart and find the biggest person driving a motorcart and offering them an acting job. :D
Yes he was. But I actually kinda liked where they went with it in its concept. It would be cool to see this guy who deals with his guilt of what he did in Team X by eating, turning him into the Blob. It would have worked more in a better movie.
I recommend watching the new 'Robin Hood' movie. Kevin Durand plays Little John in it, he's really good and funny considering it's just a small supporting role.
Don't think so, Blob is somewhere around 1,000 lbs and is 9 feet tall... There's no way anyone could survive being either that tall or that heavy. Let alone be able to move it around to Blob's capacity.
Ok, I see your point. If Blob is 1000lbs then it is impossible. But, I like Blob. These superhuman mutants with super strength having our real like problem of overeating. I hope to see Blob in the X-Men film again.
I really wish they'd made this character Maverick instead of the Blob. That whole tank punching scene would've made more sense and he could've been built up to be a real threat later on in the movie, either with Wolverine or against him. But no, we get a 10 minute scene, half of wich is a boxing match that's pretty out of place with the rest of the movie. Kevin did well with what he was given though, nothing but praise for the guy.
I know I'm gonna get some flack for this but I kinda liked this movie. I know its stupid and they almost ruined Deadpool but the action is ok and Hugh Jackman is trying his hardest to make this good. If you like it good and if you don't thats fine, I'm just making my own comment.
@thegame2011able perhaps because his mutant ability allows him to absorb abnormal amounts of pressure without being dislodged. but hitting logan uit was bone vs adamantium and adamantium is virtually underbreakable so even the blob cant take that kind of resistance
@TheBloodyBlackJackal Chris Bradley is the 2nd maverick, he is a electrokinetic. I was refering to David North/Nord whose ability is kinetic absorbtion. He shove his fist infront of a tank shell all the energy it was using to move would stop dead. Technically Agent Zero was this version, but they already made him asian and gave him an ability that had nothing to do with him in the comics, may as well made Blob the original Maverick since then he could've had a bigger role in the movie.
Think of the human structure as just bone and bare minimum muscle tissues, your cranium, brain matter and your skeleton and arteries and veins and heart, now picture Shaggy Rogers, now look at blob....are you scared of food yet? I'm not
@DemiCullen17 Yeah, that is weird, considering he does a good Texas drawl as Fred Dukes, and he also pulled off a good English accent as Little John in 'Robin Hood.'
They never made this character up. He actually has a different back story if you look it up. He was a circus attraction until the x men found him. When they did he refused and instead went to the brotherhood of evil.
It's a movie. If they followed the comics Logan would be stuck in the weapon X program for 3 movies wearing all those computer sensors and killing bears.
