Thank you from Australia! Great tutorial. I swapped my front driver door with the sensor button out. I wasn't careful enough though and the wire came off the lock catch.... but managed to stull fix it. Thank you and God bless brother 🙏

Hi mate, having the same problem. Refitting my door handle as it fell off, and the wire has unattached from the lock barrel. As far as I can tell the lock is still functioning properly without the wire attached, do you know what it actually does and if. I need to remove the doorcards to put it back?

@@HeadwayDrive ありがとうございます！おかげさまで先程ドアノブ交換作業終わりました。動画でご注意頂いていたロックのハンガーが落ちてしまい、かなり手こずりましたがなんとか元に戻せました、やっかいですね！

As usual - great video - very informative. Not sure if you have upgraded your headlights yet? Excuse my ignorance if you've already produced a video for that. If you have, what did you install and did you do any modifications?

The headlights on my vehicle are halogen specs and nothing has changed

@@HeadwayDrive Thanks for the response! I am driving my RHD T31 in a LHD country, and am wondering if there is a conversion kit for the headlights to prevent the light shining into oncoming traffic. Any ideas?

Since the structure of the headlight optical axis is different, there is no choice but to replace it with a vehicle with LHD specifications. In addition to Japan, get the headlight body of T31 sold in England, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, India, Hong Kong, Kenya, South Africa and so on.

Hello, viewer from Lithuania here! Great and informative videos on T31 X-trails! Recently the button on my X-trail driver side door stopped working so I found your channel and this video to help me dissasemble the door handle. Maybe you had issues with the button not working and resolved them? Any idea what might be wrong there? Thanks and keep going with the videos!

Basically, I think the door handle switch has a simple connection, so if it doesn't work, I think the switch is faulty. I hope I can exchange it safely.

参考になれば幸いです。購入後、１０年ほど経過しているので多少知っている程度です。あと、車の構造は結構どれも似ているので、その応用でこうなっているだろうという考えがあるだけです。しかし技術的なことは分からないことだらけです。コメント等に関しての分解等は、自分の車両をもっと知るきっかけになるので特に苦になりません。時間が取れるかできるか判断して動画を撮っています。世の中のこともそうですが、知らないといることはとても怖いことなのです。

初コメですが、いつも拝見させてもらっています。今回も大変参考になりました！ちなみになんですが、フロントドアのビスを取り外して浮かせたプラスチックのパネルの取り外しの動画をアップして頂けませんか？

このパネルは脱着するとかなり厄介な事になるので、今回の動画では外しませんでした。安易に分解はしないようにして下さい。時間が取れたら動画にします。

お疲れさまです。中の中まで、トルクス使ってるんですね(焦) 参考になりました。ドアノブの所は、引っかき傷があるので外せれば完璧な補修など出来ますね。ちなみに、スピーカー変えてるんですね。間違ってたらすみませんが、フロントはカロッツェリアでリアがアルパイン入れてますか？私は、素人ですが、自分でスピーカーをカロッツェリアを入れてデットニングもカロッツェリアを入れたりしました。さすがに、ウーファーは入れませんでした。音には、かなりこだわりを持ってます。

どんな箇所も補修の際などは部品の取り外しが前提になるので、少しでも知識があれば容易に行えます。スピーカーは変更しています、フロントはカロッツェリア、リアはアルパイン。どちらも前車のeclipseから移植したものです。あとは助手席にアンプがあります。私もオーディオにこだわっていた時期がありましたので、どうすれば良い音が出るか奮闘していました。現在はキャンプ仕様なのでほどほどにしています。オーディオはこだわると終わりがありませんね。
