How does this video do anything to show people the performance though? I suggested in the video I made that you guys really show people the 6kw power and a drive train that can handle it. Instead its another 60 second puff piece. I suggested you do a noise test if it's actually quieter. Any ebike could make this video. You can do better.
Hi and thanks for your comments and feedback. We agree and are currently working on content showing the actual performance. Unfortunately, this type of content takes longer to produce but we do acknowledge the need for content that shows power readings and is something that our team will be focusing on more in the future. We have a few planned videos that will focus more on riding and user experience showing power readings and other performance indicators. We hear you and we will address it accordingly. For the noise, please note that the X1 Pro Gen 4 is not quieter than the previous version as the majority of the noise comes from the dual chain system. We will be sure to feature the noise in the planned videos.
@@cycmotorid like to see a list of which bikes this is compatible with…. As in full suspension. I would also like to see a video on a step by step install. When choosing which extra parts you need on your website needs to be more intuitive on what you actually need and what you’re getting. Thanks

Everybody calm down lol this video isn’t a detailed breakdown of the specs and performance numbers, it’s a product release commercial imo. Do I also want to see a detailed breakdown of the performance and specs video? very badly lol but they say there currently working on one so let’s give them a chance to back it up. This video is two weeks old, if several more months go by and there’s no video then yes the criticism is warranted but the pro gen4 only released in January 2024. To be fair about it, if they do it right and put several thousand miles on a motor at high wattage and see what the effects are that will take some time so we’ll see how cyc handles the customer feedback on what customers want to see from them. For what it’s worth I thought the video was cool for what it was. This is the exact type of riding I do 90% on road 10% off road, And I think cyc is the best mid drive motor you can buy currently.
I have a sugestion. i am a bosch ebike owner, i realy like my bike, but i think i'll love it forever with a Cyc motor instead of bosh. So why do you dont tink about at a conversion kit not just for non electric bikes, a conversion kit to convert from a bosch motor to a cyc motor... P.S.: I have 7 or 8 bosch ebikes who want a cyc motor and i am not joking...
