Xal'atath is coming back in "The War Within". I can't wait for her to bring chaos and shadow to the whole world while looking awesome at the same time!
@@xadamx94 im calling, based on this cinematic, that we as the champions of azeroth are under the mindcontroll of n'zoth nad under his controll we defeat zovaal and with the freed souls of the maw reestablish the dark empire...
The only way to redeem WoW's story at this point is for them to do a super cheesy reveal that nothing after this scene actually happened and we were mind controlled by N'Zoth and we leave the "shadowlands" to find none of it ever happened and Azeroth is overrun by the Black Empire
I dont think 'ARR' would help, the flaw of the game is in its current design, not the content itself. As long as we got 'seasons' where everything immediately becomes obsolete when new one begins, we are stuck in this hell hole.
I think it'd be cool if they did it kind of like the Death Knight starting area. In the DK starting area, you are a villain for the majority of it. So, imagine in a N'Zoth centered expansion where he's trying to take over the world and somehow manages to corrupt US. The player character. Imagine playing an expansion where YOU are the villain. Oh, I don't doubt that it'd be hard to pull off with raids and dungeons and stuff but the character interaction would be golden. Perhaps I'm asking too much, but even if we're a villain for like a single patch it'd still be a great concept.
You drop the first object of the questline when killing Nagas in Zandalar, like those 200 gold world quests that have a % completion. You probably found it by now?
