The 12v power rail should be fine, i think you have a problem on the other standby rails maybe an issue on the 5v rail or maybe the 3.8v one. Normally the 5v one is the one that tell the power supply to allow 12v to come in but it might have an issue that gets 5v for a short time and then off, the reason your power supply turns green is because it detects there is 5v present but it the 5v is turning on and off that won’t allow to have constant 12v for the xbox
I saw a vid a couple of days ago that was also doing something like that and the issue was a short on the disk drive, try to remove it and see what it does
Ya it's probably the capacitors there probably a few bad if I remember right there all silver colored caps there most likely not enough of them hold enough juice to be able to power up the board on start up.and drowning to much from the power supply similar to a short 🛠️💯👍✌️🖥️
@@TransFormersLikeTech6587 hope it helps the same thing happen to tv power supply the tv will do similar things when trying to star up when the power supply capacitors are bad or going out on the board it's perty common . It probably been shut on and off tons of time that's what cause the cap to go bad Early if you do end up having to replace them I suggest doing all of them in that power supply group not just the bad ones and buy the best and brand name caps that you can get or they also can go bad Early if not good quality and equal value. Have a great one till the next one 💯🛠️🖥️👍✌️🎮🕹️
Mine is doing similar, but the blinking on my power supply is faster paced than this one i noticed,(orange and white),does it 4 times, then with the xbox itself, just on and off, along with the start up beep and shut down beep
In order for the Xbox One to boot, it needs a hard drive and the original blueray disc drive. The sister board in the blueray disc drive is married to the motherboard!!!
