I got the Xbox one when it was released but it is way to big. I am really considering going to PlayStation. But not because of the size. I don’t really care about 4K I just want a good console going at least 1080p at 60fps. But I’m still not quite sure if I should upgrade. Well that is if I convince my parents. What do you think?

@@GWKrae never understood the whole elitist vibe. I've never owned a PS3 but i have owned every other Sony platform. I only adopted Xbox with the 360 but all my friends play here. Both systems have their better points. that's why I'm really likeing what looks to be this new approach to staggering the systems. So we'll likely see PS5 first, and then the next xbox 2-3 years after than and so on, and so fourth. each one will be better than the last and drive the technology forward faster if nothing else.

I grow up on the GameCube and PlayStation 2 so when the Wii came out I got the Wii and when the ps3 slim cane out I got the ps3 slim. And never get the Xbox 360 because I was to much of a PlayStation fanboy back then. Now I don't care which game console people have these days

define good, you can buy a PC that performs similarly to an Xbone X for about the same price. Of course you can buy an even better PC rig for more money but you really don't have too. the PC is a very flexible platform where "good" is pretty subjective.

OOmpa_LLompa The problem is that a good PC that performs as well as the current consoles still has to be built. People who aren't good at that kind of stuff would still prefer to just buy a console and play it without having to build it, since pre-built PCs are more expensive. imo I enjoyed building my PC and stuff like that, but it's understandable that most wouldn't want to go through the work of learning it all. Though I have seen some good deals of pre-built PCs that are almost the same price as the PS4 Pro.

The PC is definetly better, but it depends on how good your PC is. A bad PC with a bad CPU, graphics card and not much ram, will run games at bad graphics and low frames per second A good PC with a good, CPU, graphics card and at the very least 8GBs of ram will run games with good graphics and high frames per second

I think Nintendo got out of the "most powerful" console game a while back. ;) I think David is right about the direction they'll take. Probably just with the new tegra chip in.

Mishpãré Urśhjìlk if they ever did go down this route, they have the option to just release a new switch dock that has an additional processor to improve graphics. The problem with that is it would widen the gap between handheld mode and portable mode which would make game development harder.

Hi mate i just bought a Xbox One X. I have always been a PS4 player, however for me right now Xbox is better, and here is why. My PC cannot play current games anymore on anything above medium settings, and i wanted something that could do that, and who does it best? Xbox One X. Also i really like the Xbox´s online services way more now that i have tried it. But the only reason why people would choose a PS4 instead would be the exclusive games, now i have already played GOW (awesome game) and some others swell and I'm not interested to buy/play any of the other PS4 exclusives thats out there so for me Xbox won. Its the console with better performance and graphics alongside awesome online service that allows you to play both pn PC and the console. Both consoles in the end are awesome, however if the PS exclusives are not the main reason why you would buy the console, then Xbox is the clear winner. Hope it helped!
