Very cool! It’s not just a review… It’s also very educational! And it shows how fun and cool the flying is in with your inserts! Super cool! Very proud of you.

Thanks for being one of the first reviewers covering this topic. Tbh this is my first time watching one of your videos and I think you have qute a bit of potential, just a bit of video "housekeeping" is needed. Otherwise, keep it up. And happy flying

I keep my motors very clean and blow out with air compressor regularly sand is the enemy , I only use mostly xing motors the xing 2 are much more durable but for $60 these are badass a good 5 min flight time on the extreme powerful very smooth remember bigger motors use more battery for me I like long battery times with good thrust for freestyle you do not need much XING and xing2 are the best for that I have been through alot of different brands and always go back to xing 2 1755 or 1855 kv

Ahhh you answered my most burningest question: does it accommodate full-sized propnuts? thanks! I really do my absolute best to avoid motors that only support low profile prop nuts for the exact reason you mentioned. Not only do I hate that RATTLE of loose props after a prop strike - but more than once that's meant i'm unable to recover after ping-ponging around inside a tree canopy.
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033 5 лет назад
It is definitely the way to do it. I would rather have .2g extra and not lose a prop.

My Xing 2208 (non eco)did come with a half nut. It dose fit the bigger size nicely. About a half thread comes out the top. So far really nice motors.

One quadcopter about 400g, - heavy. I want to try to build a quadrocopter with similar motors weighing up to 300g. For 3 / 4s flights and for long range on liion flights.

hello, nice video, do u recommend these Xing Eco over the Emax Eco, i need to decide between the 2 for my first 6s setup, thx
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033 5 лет назад
If it's your 1st set up I would say get the Eco. Because they are plenty durable and will Get you through. However if you're a little more experience then I personally like the feel of the E-Xing better. I think is worth the extra money.

Nice vid, very deep review. Subscribed. But man, you need to tune that quad (or put new props), the sound coming from the props has a lot of oscillations.
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033 5 лет назад
Thanks man for the sub and also thanks for the advice! I have the quad tuned for wingdancer props witch I normally fly On this set up. It Definitely had Oscillations on the higher pitch prop. In the future I will Try to retune the quad For each Different pitch of pro. Thanks Gabriel!
@gamaxgbg
@gamaxgbg 5 лет назад
Probably the problem is more mechanical than tuning, since you said you crash a lot. Almost sure it was the prop itself, you had sometimes where it cut the grass, and this makes the props do a lot of these sounds. My quad i fly with stock pids and i don’t hear this even when i’m using basher kingkong props, but i have a bimotor plane that i use gemfan flash 5152 biblade and sometimes their tips touch the ground at takeoffs and they make these sounds when they are scratched. Keep it up, man. You have the potential to be a great youtube reviewer!
@marketfluxadvertising
@marketfluxadvertising 4 года назад
You hadn't tuned pids cause you drone is feeling propwash . I think p is high.

will these motors work well with holybro kakute f7 v1.5 w/ tekko32 40a 4 in 1 (non-metal) esc or i need higher amps esc like 60amps metal ones? prob is tekko32 metal esc works on 4s-6s and my battery is 11.1v 3s lipo.
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033

All KV will work on that set up however those batteries I would recommend upgrading. But if you wanna stick with those go with the highest KV option there is.

@@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033 Thank u Mr. TIE, I will look further on buying 4s or 5s. Actually I've bought 3s for learning I'll utilise until m Pro, so i should go for higher Kv for 3s. Appreciate u.

in your opinion, which type of drone racing performance will you choose the most, 2207 or 2208 and or 2306?
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033
@mrtiefpvhowtoandreview1033 5 лет назад
So in my personal opinion if you're getting started out racing I would actually go with the 2205.5 or A2206 size motor and go for a lightweight built. It will be cheaper way more durable Easier to maneuver, And unless you're in the top 5% of pilots you will probably be faster with the lightweight drone as opposed to a powerhouse. However if you are in that top 5% I would go with 2207.7 or a 2208.
