Yes I know 5 sided patches are rulebreakers for alias people. You can do the 4 side way too in Plasticity, but Plasticity is not a class A pro tool like alias, and this 4 side way is much harder in Plasticity. xNURBS is a fast and cheap way to get the best automatic solution for n-sides but the inputs must be good. Bad inputs generate bad output s in xNURBS too.

This car design has 2 evolution steps the first needed 3 hours to experimenting with forms and second is this, I a renew all forms on the run, with the first as inspiration.

Yes you can model a car with base stuff, but in this video I use xNURBS and this is only studio. xNURBS make all patch operations easier.

@@Kuechmeister $300 is too expensive for software that can only be used in NURBS. No simple rendering. No simple animation. No simple texturing. I would do better as a paid plugin for Cinema 4D, Blender. For $100, he would be popular.

@user-sv6dy8pk2q Think again. xNURBS is normally a plugine for rhino and Solidworks and cost 300 dollar. Rhino itself cost 1000 dollar. Solidworks cost 2000 per year, Catia base 35.000 dollar and Alias 10000 dollar per year. So I think Plasticity is the best deal in CAD history.

@@Kuechmeister The fact is that the listed software has tremendous functionality from an engineering point of view. If I were you, I would consider lowering prices. For $100, many people will buy your product. I would have bought it myself. But I have a Rhino that I bought at a discount a few years ago. Many people are generally sitting on hacked software. It's easier for them to buy the Xnurbs plugin. Many work in Cinema 4D and Blender. It would be great to have an Xnurbs plugin for this software.

Plasticity has a direct Blender Bridge implemented, this is only one click.
