Hi, Thank you for your enquiry. All multi-disc clutch kits that have a floating style intermediate plate and casting will have a rattle sound when the clutch is pressed in. We have put a short video together to give an example of the intermediate plate rattle that you can commonly expect to experience in our 230mm multi-disc kits. @@australianclutchservices7503 would dual organic fullface clutches make that sound as well? or the casting plate just rattles against the flywheel mount and it doesn't matter what the material of clutch is ?
