Hellow sir , i m a manufacturer of bike and three wheeler clutch plate rubber baaed , i used synthetic rubber ksr , zink ,calcium, stric acid, suphur ,abestos fiber ,mbt, tmt , cork granual , our quality and oem quality very diffrence , plz help me , How can I add more material to it so that the quality improves?
I have been experiencing a problem with the DQ250 gearbox for the last 10,000 km and it sounds like this: When the clutch engages there is a clunk, the gear shifts are very linear and nothing is felt, except a clunk and a little jerk. I have noticed this phenomenon also when I go, in any gear, take my foot off the accelerator and put it back on, a clank is heard. I'll leave some videos below with what I'm trying to explain. I'm guessing it would be the dual mass flywheel, the car having 210k km. The dog bone and mounts are ok. Replaced the CV Joints but nothing changed. The sounds appears when you try to reproduce the noise which gets louder and louder the more you try to reproduce it Also when i'm in idle i feel sometimes some vibratians and when i put it in D, the vibration dissaperes. On VCDS there's no errors from mechatronic unit. What do you guys think? Video on my profile.
Will an inproperly adjusted master cylinder linkage cause the pedal to get stiffer and stiffer until it freezes up at the top position? When I try to bleed it, it gets stiffer and stiffer, looses range of movement in the clutch pedal until it freezes. I appreciate any insite!
Thanks for the information. Am asking ,why is my car keeps breaking the flywheel every year I have to buy a new one and its costing me alot.the flywheel itself is very light and I don't know what to do.i need someone to explain to me what to or who can fix it once and for all.am in nairobi.the car make is mitsubish colt 2003
I’m late to the video, but I’m curious about off road low end torque. I’m haven’t increased power, but I use this SUV rarely around town. It’s primarily used off road and occasionally for towing. 1. Would a SMF be more suitable for me? 2. Why specifically would the SMF (or DMF) be more suitable off road?
Need to add tools parts numbers, seem like going to run around $2500-$3000 just to add special tools and clutch assembly 😢😢😢, why couldn't they doing the same old way clutch design , I can understand stand the actuator but not clutch tools is unnecessary, engineers need to used their heads not by add more costing and complicated technology into manual or else buy Elantra N with manual transmission better of
Bull shite. The dmf is about making money and nothing to do with vibration bs. That has everything to do with poor design balancing/ firing order etc. They make the dual mass flywheels to fail.
Hello can old clutches recalculate and work like. New I think it's it's ppposible but you must calculate agan those measurement from the new for example new itsh 0.30 mm the old must be 0.20 and readapt with diagnostic tool and work like neww baythe way bye have a nice day.
My mechanic changed the master cylinder clutch, and we bleed the system just like what you did in the video, but we are still experiencing weak clutch pedal. Do I need to change the slave cylinder as well ?
Hi, We list the flywheel bolt torque on our online catalogue against the flywheel itself (where available). This catalogue is available at www.australianclutch.com.au/catalogue/auto-catalogue We also list the available specs on the label of the bag the bolts are provided in. Thanks
Step 1: Buy a reverse bleeder. Step 2: Ensure the clutch pedal height and master cylinder pushrod free play measurements are correct (manufacturer spec'). Step 3: Reverse bleed following instructions that came with trigger style reverse bleeder pump. Step 4: Ensure clutch fluid level is correct. Clean up & you are done. Use the same method for TF Rodeo & Jackaroo etc.
