What I love about this work is the detail to cleaning and polishing the car. The downside afterwards is the first time a bug hits the windshield 7 minutes after it's been cleaned - major frustration. I get that's a first world irritant, but still... it's an irritant. Lol
I have never looked at a porsche like I have been lately this car is outstanding and if I test drive it's all over i'm not scared of the Base price I bought and owned a H2 Hummer back in the day man I had some haters back then best 7 yrs of my life I have no doubt I would enjoy this for yrs.
People this is not a "carwash" it is ceramic coating. Which means there's is paint correction, polished and ceramic coating is added. It's like a clear coat added to the recently polished factory clear coat. Usually runs from $500-$3,000 depending on the detailer/company
Perfection !!! Do black cars show dirt?...YES Are black cars outrageously hard to keep clean? YES.......... however, there is nothing and I mean nothing more attractive than a bright, shiny, polished and waxed black car. You guys did a great job. How many hours did the detailing take?
And here I was under the impression that I dedicate a lot of time and effort into keeping my car looking clean. Hopefully you did the interior, too. There's nothing more lame than a clean exterior and a filthy cabin. To tell you the truth, I am afraid of polishing my car. It looks great as is, but I can see light scratches here and there...very minor imperfections only a good eye can see. But I don't want to screw it up. I'll just wait until the car really needs it. But props to you guys, I have never seen a team do such a thorough detailing job.
Where can I get that Wheel Brush you are using starting at 0:41 ? The black handle with yellow rim smaller brush you are using? Thanks for any information you can provide on that particular brush.
I wanted to see if someone else noticed that too and voilà your's is the first comment that came up. devastating job really! I would've not felt like paying a penny to these people...such a shame!!! so many fellas and not one of them could think of something so basic. Xtreme detailing my arse.
After all of this you drive out and at the 1st stop-light a pigeon shits on it! True story...happened to my black E-Class😂 I freaked out...then laughed.
Yeah you'll hit a bug or a bird will drop a bomb on it... but, the point of a detail is to bring a vehicle back to new or as close to new as possible. The paint was rejuvenated... meaning light scratches and marring were removed, the paint was remoisturized, clarity and gloss were added back to it, and it was coated which is like a sacrificial, extra layer of skin to fight the elements for months/ years to come. So if a bug or bird hits it will be much easier to clean . Thumbs up guys... P.S. Looks like you guys spend on the quality tools you use, so pick up an Autotriz nano polisher 2.0 and an assortment of different foam tips to get in between the emblems for a pristine, and meticulous outcome every time.
Why wash the wheels on the car when you are going to remove them later in the detailing process 🧐. Wash and detail off the car makes more sense and saves time.
No, if there were 3 people working on this vehicle, it is 7 hours times 3 equals 21 hours... Each Detailer put in 7 hours.. I know this is true because I Detail alone and it can sometimes take me that long on a full paint correct, full steam and extract the entire Interior, full degrease and pressure wash entire engine and compartment, and full remove everything out of trunk, steam clean, and replace, including correcting the air pressure in the spare if its a full spare, etc... Using VX5000 Steamer, Mytee HP60 Spyder Extractor, Metro-Vac Long 4hp vacuum, 8HP Master Blaster, and all the best conditioners from Europe I can get.. This vehicle was already pretty darn clean and defect free to begin with from what I can tell..
