This kit is not a bunch of random parts thrown together, it is an engineered solution that is guaranteed to work as seen in the videos. It was designed to have a balance of speed and torque and accuracy. I kept the rapid speeds down to 25.4m/min (1000IPM), cutting speeds vary depending on the work you are doing, but even with a small 750W router and an old 2 flute end mill, you can cut through 18mm hardwood ply in one pass at 2m/min.
