I pinch my nose and down all three back to back and drink about 4 oz of grapefruit juice afterwards to get rid of that final taste. Then take a few deep exhales before I unpinch my nose. Sometimes when you can't smell fully it diminishes the taste.

I purchased the bitters almost a year ago and have not taken them, but I will do it this month! I'm a little apprehensive about it, so we will see how I do. I am at a raw vegan retreat so it's a good time to start the three bitters. Thank you for showing us how it's done.
