Don Lee was my instructor when I trained in the BarSmarts program. On my final practical exam he told me to be more relaxed and less precise and scientific. I thought this was funny since he is one of the R&D guys for cocktail kingdom. His advice definitely did help me in my professional career though

Just made this. I love it! I did not have Peychauds bitters, so I used 14 orange bitters and 14 Angustora bitters and used Aviation Gin. Seems like it turned out alright

I've noticed Campari is super polarizing, some people just hate it in all contexts. I like it quite a bit though I prefer it in some soda.

Honestly i would try altering it towards a more citrusy direction, swap the angustora for grapefruit/lemon bitters, split base lime/grapefruit juice, and that just sounds quite good

Drinks like this always leave me wanting to know if the complexity/ingredient list is actually necessary. 10 dashes wasn't enough and 15 made it just undrinkable.

This drink is unbalanced for me and too thin, it’s a cool idea, but could stand from more simple or a richer syrup, and perhaps less gin because this ends up being a little over 2.5 ounces of full strength booze.

Judging by my quick test just now it's delicious. Aromatic nose, initial tartness, and then huge complex flavours that somehow manage to show the best of all the bitters.
