Cinnamon Powder 2g
(170°C 17-18 minutes)
[Cheesecake]
cream cheese 180g
sugar 22g
white chocolate 35g
eggs 74g
vanilla paste 3g
Corn Starch 13g
whipping cream 50g
(170°C 23~25 minutes)
Prepare 4 Yakgwa to put on the cheesecake.
Prepare the white chocolate by melting it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds at a time.
