MeshyTV yes, It was fairly easy with one issue with connecting the throttle cable. I had to disconnect the cable from the linkage to get enough slack.

@@James-zh8lc when i did this the throttle cables are so tight, it makes the throttle stay open, it won't snap back to being closed

MeshyTV you need to adjust the cable at the linkage as well. It is easy to adjust.

Everything is fine for me until I want to close up the housing, the throttle gets stuck. Any idea why ?

So I fell on my bike the throttle piece broke off and the break assembly broke as well any idea what I need to do to fix it it’s my first motorcycle

Try twisting the throttle tube open as you wiggle the cable in

Ive heard the same isnt possible with the MT-03. Too bad. It looks like a great, easy, cheap mod.

I don't this upgrade but now when the bars are full lock to the left the cables get real tight and the throttle stays open

I tried with my 2017 r3 and could not get the throttle cable through the channel could get one on but not the other no matter witch way I tried it I was sketch about breaking the cable

You might have to adjust the throttle free play to give you more slack on the cable
