Slowly getting some videos uploaded on the 1984 TT600 rebuild. I break the carburetor rebuild / cleaning into two parts.
The carb is a dual intake system, so there are actually two separate pieces. I work on one side at a time and this is the least complex of the two. I have had good luck at simply dismantling and cleaning carbs on my OHV's. You could use some of this information for a full rebuild if you choose to go that route.
