Finally a 4 seater that will fit in my toyhauler. Hopefully they will come out with an r spec x4 with a 1000cc engine. Yamaha really needs to step up their game to keep up with their competition.

Sorry.... Honda Pioneer 1000-5 is still the shortest wheelbase, plus you can still use the bed as a dump bed.

i Kinda like the honda approche as well for the back seat ... but the front row is kinda a let down . The none adjustable bench seat , noise and heat is a negatif point for me. Event the streering wheel doesn't till down enought on the honda. Honda need to make a pioneer-4 1000 TYPE-R with front bucket seat and the stow back seat

honda def a little better but very very noisey,if they can get the noise down itll be 100% in my opinion

Yes Honda is awesome specially with those paddles shifting BUT no leg room in the back,and that’s a big problem if you wanna take 4 adults with you☝️

I went as simple as I could for this one, I used my GoPro Hero 4 Silver mounted to a Feiyu Tech wearable gimbal that I mounted to a little handle. Audio is straight from the Hero 4 as well, it has the best mic of any GoPro camera including the newest Hero 5.

Nobody has addressed maintenance or servicing the new vehicle. It looks cramped and inaccessible as far as oil/belt changes go. Looks awesome and creates a dilemma in deciding between this unit and the Honda Pioneer 1000 LE.

Never happening the yxz was a flop. Wrong engine, no torque too high revving. Terrible at slow speeds

How do they know what's needed when they only come out with an 850? Why is Yamaha so afraid to go above and beyond in the horsepower Department?

Top speed is only 51 mph. Not acceptable for an 850 cc machine.....

I really like yamaha, always slow but reliable. Now ugly. It looks exactly like the honda pioneer. 1k motor in wolverine rspec, fz07 engine in a yzf450 chassis and call it a banshee. Done and all speed junkies are happy.
