Tom Askjem lets us watch as he carefully unearths a variety of artifacts from a long-abandoned toilet pit from the 19th Century. He finds glass bottle fragments, an old lamp and pieces of crockery, all dating back to when the pit was used by a rooming house in Yankton, South Dakota.
