Well done Kurtiss. I use a safety razor every day on the face but on the dome maybe once or twice a week max. The carts just work better for me when head shaving.

Thanks so much for the support David, I sincerely appreciate it and cannot thank you enough. Is there another company that produces a toner that’s highly available in Europe? I like Lucky Tiger Toner as well but it’s quite a bit more expensive than Thayer’s.

@@IAMCDB I'm still searching for that great product on the Europe side of things. When i visited NYC last year i was able to pick up some thayers. I have the lemon and the medicated. Lemon is just great specially when you have used a citrus scent soap. The smell on the medicated is not for me but i use it just because of the great post shave performance. Usually i get my US products from maggard but they don't ship any alcohol based products. I have tried the Yaqi Slant and i have to say it sure is aggressive. With a lot of care i managed to get a bbs without nicks or cuts. Have you seen the new stirling Deton-8? I read the scent is based off V&R Spicebomb. Love that scent. Can't wait to try it or see your opinion on it. Have a great day and i will keep supporting the project in the future.

@@David.C.Edge47 I do not like the scent of the medicated either. I have it but I will only use it on a cut or something like that. I haven't tried Deton-8 yet but I'll add it to my list.

@@IAMCDB Good Chris, we are trying our best. Hope you are well too. I saw your video again,you did 3 passes with it and you make it look so easy. It's not believe me. I just had to stop shaving finally. The result was very good though. Not a bad head, but way too aggressive, even more than Yaqi Slant.

Yes, it does contain alcohol. If you really love the TOBS Sandalwoods scent it’s a big winner in my book.

@@IAMCDB If you are a TOBS Sandalwood fan, Fine Accoutrements' "Santal Absolut" is a perfect match as well... Fine splashes are typically a bit more expensive, so there's that; but the scent is powerful and goes perfectly with the TOBS cream. The TOBS line was on sale recently at West Coast Shaving for either 10 or 20 percent off; can't recall.

@@ChrisGarciaorlzzt I like the Fine Santal Absolut as well. I think it’s a closer match to the Art Of Shaving Sandalwood but it’s very good all the same.

Yes, you can definitely see the difference of the blade gap and exposure when you look at them closely.

I think you misunderstood the old intro. That was a throwback to Chevy Chase who used to do a segment on Saturday Night live where he said I'm Chevy Chase and you are not. So it was paying homage to him and that segment. It wasn't meant to say I'm better than you or something like that. TOBS has always hit the mark for me. I hope it works better for you next time.

I don't know if I've ever actually had the opportunity to smell real sandalwood. I can't say whether or not this smells like it but I do like it:) . I can see how you might think it's similar to old school ivory.

I guess I’m going by my personal experience. The first sandalwood I smelled was sandalwood soap from Razor Emporium. It smelled “woody” (Maybe more of a cedar) so I think that’s how I formulated my opinion. It’s like you always say it’s from your experience 😊 I do like the way TOBS works as a soap so I’m definitely going to keep using it.

@@BillHosler yea, I think some sandalwoods scents come off more woody and earthy.
