Sort of agree with you on that, yellow was the worst colour for VLs and never got the fascination with bt1 commodores, some people come over the thought of owning one yet I would take any other model over an ex cop car hands down
I would keep it bronze, big turbo no worries and use lowered springs with extra coils but lowere height. Better ride than a gass axe lowering, Keep up the vids though,
This will be a great build, nothing wrong with doing a canary yellow VL trilogy. This one needs to go from start to finish complete build. Doing a great job keep it up 👍

You definitely can run stock ecu/injectors on stock boost just fine I’ve done it before although car did ping a little under boost i ended up backing off the timing a fair bit I’d be on the lookout for a nistune ecu and turbo injectors will make the car a lot more enjoyable for you
Hey mate. Coming from experience I’d replace head gasket and definitely run a genuine turbo ecu and injectors and aftermarket fuel reg. You don’t wanna lean on it with the factory injectors and computer. The factory ecu will not recognise proper readings and will throw the AFR off.
