Sherry I know you have already finished this project,however; if you are repeating this in the future, I have only one suggestion. I would,when painting the board,I would take and feather the green up into the blue since it is supposed to represent blades of grass. For me the straight line is to starck of a contrast between what is representing the grass and the sky. I really love this project because it is so 3D in effect, it is really beautiful I agree with you on the color of the flowers, the orange added in really made the flowers more realistic Honey I love your artwork! You have gotten me started with the bling paintings. I started about a year ago doing my first one and everyone loves them You remind me so much of myself in that you have a blast doing your craft. When I am crafting, I am more relaxed and carefree more so than any other time or thing that I am doing. Another one of my crafts is cooking and again I am more relaxed and carefree when I am cooking. Thank you for being such an inspiration for all of us. Happy Crafting!!!

👑This glitter powder is very practical because as I see there, it completely colors even transparent resin! So, gold, silver, or copper powder have the result as molten gold! I prefer this than big glitters. 🔵🟡🌻🍃I prefer yellow lemon flowers because it's more alive and modern. After, the segond progect, blue and yelow togueter it's full of life! Good idea! At the end the yelow flowers did a magical power. They transform the sky blue in royal blue but it's agen full of life. Bravo! Good choice!

If you leave them for 5 hours, they should be firm enough to handle, but flexible enough to mold. If they won’t stay down, try filling your soft silicone mixing cups with water to weigh them down and the silicone won’t stick.

Your sign looks fantastic! I recommend that you decide if the letters or the background have a design but not both. For example, choose one color of glitter for each letter or each element of your name (Like use Purple for Sherry and for Moulton make it either Purple or blue or green) to make it stand out. Then you can have fun with the background. Remember, when you make your background, to remember the inside of your letters in your design. If you choose Galaxy, then make sure you continue the design in the letters. If you choose flowers, then make sure the petals or stems either avoid the area of the letters or continue through them. An acrylic pour might be tough. For some reason, I do not see you using a solid color for the background. I'm partial to Galaxy so that is my vote. Its also the easiest to work with with the spots inside the letters. Another possibility is to choose your favorite coasters or make new ones for the sign. The choose a background for your resin. Then embed the coasters or other flat items into the resin. An Ocean theme would be my second choice. Have fun with it. I like the idea of the sign so much I'm thinking of creating one for myself. I'm anxious to see what you decide to do.

Try coating the resin with the glitter instead of mixing with the resin and put a clear coat... Fill with the 💛 shake on the glitter when resin is tacky then pour the center and beads then the clear coat... You use less glitter and it doesn't sink to the bottom... Been experimenting with it and seems to work

Do you wear the filters on your mask? I have never seen them on there. Are they needed. I was told they were? Always nice to hear from others too. You need to try tweezers when grabbing things out of resin things get slippery lol. This turned out so awesome sherry. I love you artistic imagination. Just wondering next time u want flowers to curve if you use tape and tap each petal the the one across from it. Curve them up and tape it?also just a tip. I just found out. If you let your resin thicken up a bit before you put the glitter in it, it will not fall to the bottom. And I find it easier if I wanted to put the green on the stems, to wait and let the blue dry first so that it doesn’t mix. Just some tips, u might or might not need. Thanks for sharing sherry. I love Sunflowers 🌻 also. Nice to meet another person who loves to make jewelry. Are you using seed beads and what size are you using? How is your hand doing? Know what you are going through, Christmas Eve I broke my right wrist and have been in PT now for 5 months but every day gets better. My doctor me it will be about 6-12 months before it good again. You could do a dab of UV resin,to hold it down and also use your wire cutters ,to cut the dowels.i personally have two bad shoulders,and my left hand,has no strength, and weak dexterity, there is no way I could use the stapler, or the scissors

Girl you need a pair of heavy duty wire cutters. You are killing your hands with those scissors ✂️ cutting those sticks. Large wire cutters are so much easier.
