Been following you almost one year. I'm a Welder/ fabricator. My hands stay so so sore. I want to just thank you again. You have helped my body transform into something I never thought possible. Namaste
Wow. That was intense and needed! I'll be back to this one. As someone who participates in weightlifting ans lots of walking, all of these areas needed attention!
I am a drummer and my feet and ankles get really tight. I was waking up in the night with cramps that went from my toes and up into my legs when I discovered this sequence. I do this every morning and my feet, ankles, legs, wrists, neck and shoulders thank me for it. I no longer cramp up. Thank you!
I'm performing a solo on violin for the first time tonight and had so much tension. This video is helping me with pre-first solo anxiety. Time to move on to another video to help relax the tension in my back!
I really love this practice. We rarely take our attention to our hands and feet. We might overuse them without proper stretching afterwards. Thank you so much, Kassandra 💙 just exactly what I need.
Sending aloha and profound gratitude for your amazing library of practices, which help me stay strong and healthy in my body. These stretches for hands and feet are a godsend and you are a gift Kassandra. Thank you for all that you do.
Thank you so much! Your video did wonders for my hands and neck. I feel more flexibility in my hands and the sides of my neck have a buzz of fresh energy. I will be back to your channel and a new subscriber. As a massage therapist for over 30 years this is incredibly needed for me to keep going. ❤
I regularly practice your older video "Yoga for Wrists & Fingers - Yoga for Wrist Cramps & Carpal Tunnel" and it helps me a lot. This one will be my another treat. Gratefully, Lenka from the Czech Republic
Good morning, loved the class. Very intense but perfect for what I needed. I also loved that you flipped your video and I could follow your instructions as a mirror. 😊❤ namaste 🙏
I love coming back to this session whenever I have tensions in my neck but also after strong sessions that have been intense on my wrists. Thank you Kassandra, I love your work
I always thought you said "forced yoga" abs in one of your other videos that I have done quite a few times over the last yr. I am just after realising you are saying "forrest yoga" and had to look it up and learned about Ana Forrest, the Native woman responsible for this style/system of yoga. Good to learn something new every day! Thank you ☺️
styles of yoga day 8: this is the kind of class that push me back into the fibromyalgia paradox: if I respect the no pain yoga rule, I do absolutely nothing because even trying a bit is very painful, but I also know that my extremities need to stretch so they can release all the toxins stocked there and feed from new oxygen and nutrients. So i followed the poses even if it was really deeply painful and now my etremities are warm and flexible, all happy. Thank you for this class. :)
Tried this one after your 30 day morning challenge 😊 Needed this! I have done your wrists yoga which I absolutely love but this had a few other stretches that helped my extremities 🤪 Thanks!
I go to you when I need some yin Your hope practice early this morning and now this It was especially nice to gently stretch my neck without using my hands this time noticing how my body felt and thoughts, my sensations 🙂💖
Hi, kassandra, it is very easy and good to follow, i am suffering from nerve pains through out the body, daily i am taking b12 tablets and regularly doing the exercise, but could you please post for repairing nervous system.
Hi Kassandra! I know this is quite an old video so I may not get a reply but I was wondering if you (or anyone else who happens to see this comment!) might be able to clarify something for me. In the stretch for the backs of the feet when you lean back and lift the knees up with your feet curled underneath, are your heels meant to be pointing straight up or out to the sides? Thank you for all your videos - I only discovered your channel recently and have since been doing at least one of your videos every single day in addition to live classes via Zoom and I'm really enjoying getting back into yoga properly :-)
my mom got into a car accident a long time ago and she developed pain all up her leg but more in the knee and hip. what type of yoga would be good for that?
I really enjoyed this! But I can never seem to curl my toes under without discomfort. Might this be due to my flat feet? I have a hard time stretching them, is it bad to stretch them or actually good?
