I followed the challenge a while ago for some days, I think until day 16. Now I've been picking some of those I haven't done in no particular order. But I have been more active in my practice lately doing some more vigorous power yoga practices of this channel, so I needed some rest for a change and this one fits the purpose so well, either with the challenge or without. I'm very grateful, thank you.
I cannot believe what’s happened just over 24 hours after completing this video….i sunk into the hollow bone state to allow the power to flow through me and I focused on my elbow. Because I took part in May in a game of paddle (a mix of squash and tennis)) and I have been in so much discomfort that it was even hard to pick up a cup of coffee. I focused on this hollow bone story to my elbow and u can’t believe it…for the first time since May it no longer hurts and it feels like it is it should. Seriously I am gobsmacked! I cannot thank you enough Travis for sharing this story! Just wow and such gratitude for finally having healthy joints again. Thank you Natalie.
Thanks Travis always so giving. I really needed this restorative class. Allowing myself to just breath & enjoy the stillness & letting the pose come to me. A sense of ease & contentment. Much love to you. ❤️
@@EmbraceYourLifeMitYvonne Hello, I was trying to reassure someone in a very simple way, not to enter into a discussion on this forum about the philosophy of yoga and the Sutras, studying of yoga philosophy, the union of the mind, body etc, breath etc. Thank you for your input though, many people do start yoga as a physical practice.
Thank you for a beautiful yin practice. I did your yin course and found it immensely beautiful a and taught it as part of a day retreat I did this week in the Cotswolds. Thank you again. Linda, Cheltenham U.K.
Thank you so much!!! I actually had to do this one twice today because I was super stiff this morning. After my cardio class, I was good and warm. I find that it is easier for me when I work out prior to get through some of the poses/stretches.
This was so e relaxing and comfortable I need that after this wonderful sessions. Thank you I am so thankful to you. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
Thank you for sharing these. I wish there were a little commentary giving suggestions for modifications for those not yet flexible enough to sit on knees, for example, or bend forward in dragonfly. Teach me how to approach, please.
