This 15-minute Yoga flow is designed to help improve your overall posture. We will go through some poses to help open up your shoulders, back, and hips. This is great if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk. All levels are encouraged to participate.
Always listen to your body. Only go as deep into a posture as feels comfortable for you. Thanks for being here with me and enjoy!
