I love how gentle this routine is, this is perfect for people who have injuries, been in car accident like me, or have tight annoying hamstrings from hips issues.

Wow thank you SO much! I am not ready to do a public class because of my weight and inability to reach all poses but your video made me feel so comforted and even though I couldn't do everything, I modified as I could and feel so great. A new fan for sure. Namaste

I usually prefer hip and groin openers like pigeon pose and anything like that that helps open and unlock areas that need to be released. I sustained a snowboard injury directly on my tail bone and lowest lumbar and have calcification on my legs and hips areas and so far, with some of these excellent videos for introspection biofeedback and correction mechanical imbalances, this page and the teachers have all come and helped alleviate what I've been fighting off for years. It's helped alot. I'm close to opening and releasing my lower back, legs, hips and groin once again to help feel good and youthful again.

Fire log is my favorite yoga pose by far. I feel so much better during and after the asana. I'm able to walk better, and I feel lighter on my feet.

This was SO good! I have issues with a twisted pelvis and get a lot of sciatic pain and tension in my hips and thighs so this was a little challenging but really effective. Great after a long day of working at my desk.

What a great way to exist for 20 minutes. My hips and legs need so much work. Doesn't feel physically possible to get my shins parallel resting on top of one another.

Thank u so much. Was never really a serious stretcher and i paid for it with extreme years of knee pain and constant clicking in my knees. I did a lot of stretches for it but this video was very different. I tried it and my knees felt different. It doesnt click anymore ♡♡♡

Is it OK to do yoga specific to one part of the body everyday? I mean if I do a hip video everyday will that improve the tightness in my hips or will it be overkill and actually damage them?

I'm going to be honest. The first with the straps I only felt my calves. Is that normal? Because I really need my hamstrings

Try bringing a soft bend to your knees so that the stretch can travel up, and stay for 5 breaths as you draw the toes back to your face and push your heel up to the sky. Let me know!

flee2321 I was in car accident and learned a lot from my manual ligament therapist. if you move the strap in the middle of your foot (farther down than what we did in this video) that will get higher up hamstrings on thigh area. if you have it on ball of foot right behind toes that is to stretch the entire hamstrings from thigh down to calve. maybe try moving strap farther down to get the hamstrings farther up your leg, that's what my massage therapist taught me
