After this yoga, I felt that I can’t breath or I just want to scream like there is something trapped inside me Why this happened? Is it good or bad thing
It's not unusual for yoga practices to release some pent up emotions. Sometimes just taking a few extra deep breaths can help, or a few minutes of meditation can be a nice idea.

Hi quick question I found some of these poses difficult due to stiffness, I understand with the practice this will increase my flexibility, my question is how far do I push myself to increase my flexibility as I find it hard even sat cross legged as my knees point up, also how long should it take to be able to drop my knees and how do I do this?
Good question Shane! As you say, flexibility does come with time and practice, but in the meantime never force anything past the point of discomfort. I am enjoying these I'd also like more practices that are focused on the chakras. The amount of time is perfect....I also have kept the warmup from the last challenge before...loving this.
