My hips kill me all the time 24/7 and I'm not sure I can even do that first position I have used yoga in the past for lower back pain and it worked awesome which was yrs ago but now that I'm nearly 55 yrs old my hips on both sides just BOOM BOOM BOOM ALL DAY EVERYDAY..

❤ Trying so hard with this… my adductors are so sore and grumpy with this… not able to get my knees down at all because of them… mainly anyways… knees don’t like either tbh! 😂

I've never done any yoga before this. I've been doing this every other day for about a month now, and it's been great. Not just to stretch and gain mobility, but to really bring me some peace. I also use it to warm up before workouts, and it's been incredible.
Is it possible that one's legs can be to short to sit crosse legged.....because I have never been able to sit crossed legged I feel like my legs are too short....help 😊..I must add I'm 5'ft 3.25 inch
