Thank you so much. I've been having so much anxiety lately but haven't been able to make it to a yoga class, I had given up looking on you tube because I could never find an instructor that is clear enough for me to do yoga at home watching from my lap top. Your instructions were so clear and the video was so calming and I had a great yoga session. Thank you.

Today you did something different with your hair, the room, candles, and a beautiful combination of purples and blues, on top of a very nice cameraman (possibly using a camera crane?). However the esthetics may change, your voice and your calm have maintained constancy and comforted me, healed and strengthened me during practice since 2012. Thank you so much, Esther.

Ester, your videos are excellent. I love that you talk thru the poses and not just narrate the video. It feels much more personal as if we are working out together.

Thanks for posting such a nice workout! I especially enjoyed the side stretches. You make the Full Wheel pose look so easy! This is the first time I've heard it called Full Bridge, but your term makes more sense, really. I'm almost ready to try it because the simple bridge pose is getting too easy for me and I'm looking to go to the next stage. It's really a matter of gathering up my courage because it does look difficult and I'm a little afraid I'll hurt my neck, but it will probably be ok

Your tip with the shoulders before full Bridge meant that my body was able to go into the pose easily. Which I’ve always struggled with, for many many years actually! 💕😊Thanks so much 🙏

I have been meaning to do this video for months now--what took me so long? Woke up this morning to foul weather and could barely drag myself out of bed to face the day. i chose this video hoping it would help a little; I feel like a new person, ready to embrace the day!! To avoid struggling to flap a belt between the hands and round the back, during that seated forward fold at 17:29 minutes..I find a drum stick is much easier to handle.

What is the part of the body that is supposed to be working during the poses around 18-19 minutes in? I don't feel anything stretching really, just a general cramped feeling and discomfort from folding while putting my arms in a rather unnatural position. Maybe I'm not flexible enough to really benefit from it?

Thanks so much for your videos! I love them. Not sure if you'll see this, but what's a good sequence to keep proper circulation in the legs? I work long hours at a desk and I worry about that a lot.

nice gentle practice, however it will not work for me. please consider including a complete savasana with closer in future videos. just when your voice ended and my body relaxed, an ad came on. won't be able to take this class, oh well! :/

Hi Ester - great video. I love doing this longer sequence, but i noticed that few of the others have a "centering" at the beginning and end like this one has... Can I request more videos with centering ? I can't do it was well without your relaxing voice and tips! :)

My husband and I took our first yoga class today. I did not know what "Vinyasa flow" meant so I googled it when we got home, and discovered your videos. They are excellent. I have been watching for over an hour, trying to learn. I really like it so far and may try one of your basic sessions tomorrow. Thank you!

I really like this sequence, even though some poses are a bit challenging for as unflexible person as me (especially bends...I have to be creative with my belt, blocks and pillows). Anyhow, thank you for sharing. The only thing that sort of threw me of a bit is the talk about energies etc. I understand what you mean, I can feel it in my body afterwards...it just...strange to me to hear it explained in such terms.

I especially love how you put emphasis on alternative poses all the time, so people like me who are challenged when it comes to flexibility don't become lost as to what to do. Again, thank you!
