This sequence is a full breath and a full body stretch. It is a great yoga practice to slow down, decompress, increase productivity and improve focus. WONDER ❄ | December 12, 2023 | Well isn't it a wonder to find a practice I haven't done yet, even after four years of daily practice! This was excellent, the twists felt especially good today. A little truly does go a long way! 🙏

Hey, I want to share this awesome experience, just did this practice in the middle of my run inside this wild forest in Lithuania, eastern europe. There is something about doing yoga on cool moss, under a big bright sun while the birds are singing in a company of trees on the percussion with their cranky trunks, love it. I am a complete beginner in yoga and I started off with your beginners yoga video. Although sometimes I have trouble with poses I can tell I am building strength and stability. I'm not flexible at all and your videos give my body an awesome stretch that I needed to wind down and relax. Thanks for putting out videos that are about more than just poses, ones that teach about inner strength and stability!

I love your videos. I've never really like to work out and I got really stressed thinking about my body and wether I was slim or not, but when I started to watch your videos I let go of it. It's not that hard for me to start with one and I really no longer care if by the end of it I don't look thinner, 'cause all I really want is to be relaxed, and in touch with my body, it feels like I'm finally paying attention to what it's trying to tell me. And when I start a video I'm not thinking about how long is it gonna take or something like I used to, but instead focus on your good energy & let it pass to me. Thanks a lot, Adrienne, you're slowly changing my life :)

Agreed, beautifully said and thank you for sharing. I believe that if we approach it with good intentions that swirl around notions of self love the "workout" will come. Truly. The whole point is to enjoy our bodies and enjoy this constant transformation of energy - which absolutely shows up in the physical body. SO- right on! Thank you! This is right on and beautiful.

I wasn't feeling like pushing myself much today, rainy weather making me want to stay in bed cuddled under the blankets, but I'm glad I did! Thank you for this lunch practice this morning instead I had a 'love cave' with my shirt in the down dog position and couldn't help but smile from our 31 day yoga revolution practice! Thank you so much for making yoga so accessible to everyone. I got really demotivated after I went to a few yoga classes at a nearby facility (for which I bought a month subscription) and people were doing all kind of handstands and what not and the teacher told me I wasn't on the right level to attend because everyone was so much more advanced (those were marketed as "beginners classes" though), so I felt so bad that I stopped going. Your videos alllow me to go at my own pace and I can feel how good it is for my body and nerves (helps me with insomnia). It is so motivating to hear that it doesn't matter if you can't do full extension, you've already achieved something by trying. Now I don't associate yoga with pain but pure pleasure. :) THANK YOU.

Can you do a video on only standing moves without coming down on the ground? I don't know if it's possible, but it would be helpful. There's is no way I'll put my mat on the yucky floor at work or even go to the ground. Thank you! Love your videos!!

Finally found some time to do this, and it turns out the first part is pretty much what I do throughout the day when I'm doing fieldwork anyway, just with a hard hat and safety boots on (no option there)! Thanks for giving me the skills to stay limber Adriene!!
