Yoga Nidra 20 Minutes of Guided Meditation with Body Scan for Deep Relaxation with Waves Sounds
Today I am guiding you through a Yoga Nidra session, also known as yogic sleep. This is a form of guided meditation that is extremely helpful. I will lead you through breathing exercises and body scans during this session. These will direct your focus inward, placing you in a level of consciousness that is halfway between awake and sleeping. These procedures will help you to achieve a profound level of relaxation while being awake. This will assist you in forgetting about your concerns, feeling at peace, relaxed, and at ease.
Yoga Nidra permits you to access delta brainwaves, which are important for the healing and repair that occurs in your body during deep sleep. Activating delta brainwaves during Yoga Nidra helps your mind and body to relax while you're awake. Yoga Nidra also stimulates the pineal gland also known as the third eye.
