This yoga nidra is meant to help reduce anxiety, alleviate stress and improve sleep.
The practice of yoga nidra is a powerful technique for deep relaxation to balance mental clarity and improve overall emotional well being.
It has been scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, alleviate stress, and improve sleep among many other benefits such as gaining freedom from nervous energy.
This yoga nidra with nature sounds will take you gently into a state of deep relaxation. Let the rain sounds and soothing female voice take you to a place of peace and presence. This yoga nidra sound healing with myself (Ally Boothroyd) guiding will reduce stress and anxiety and calm the nerves.
This 30 minute yoga nidra meditation with rain and cricket sounds is perfect for stress reduction. If you’re looking for a 30 minute nidra with a body scan with a female voice then this nidra meditation is for you. This 30 minute relaxation is similar to integrative restoration or irest. It’s a sleep based meditation that is a great meditation for anxiety. This free yoga nidra is lead by Ally Boothroyd who strongly believes that yogic sleep is a great meditation for anxiety.
This guided meditation relaxation is a form of yogic sleep that reduces anxiety, provides stress relief, stress reduction and produces a state of calm. There is a full body scan to reduce stress, reduce anxiety and calm the whole central nervous system.

I've been listening to it in the early hours. I was struggling with sleep due to everything going on in the world right now. Your tone of voice and pace are perfect. thank u for helping me. Im suffering from stress and panic attacks which put my whole body in fight or flight mode and i think im dying in that moment and al kinds of scary thoughts , after it wears down a little i always feel vulnerable for the next few hours and next day .. i felt like i needed this off my chest and i hope things get better so im not so easily stressed pff . Just finished this lovely Yoga Nidra at 5 am. I enjoy practicing early in the morning when I can. My dog cuddled up and got in on the goodness with me this morning. I do feel more calm to start my day. Thank you.

Hi Ally was super overwhelmed and anxious, and very tired but didn’t think I would be able to soothe myself and calm my mind enough to complete this, but I did and went off somewhere else entirely. I have just moved home, I’m menopausal, oh and I have MS. I actually love this thank you. Would love to hear more yoga Nidra covering any of the above namaste💕

I also have ME/CFS. Although I am phsycially still struggling these videos help me to get a good nights sleep which definitely helps me feel a little better in the day as At least I am not experiencing lack of sleep tiredness on top of the Fatigue. Thank you Ally!

Thank you.I have an irregular rapid heart rate intermittently.Itwas very active at the beginning of the session.By the end it was back to a regular rate.Namaste

You didn't pronounce "namaste" to correct way. The last syllable "te" should be pronounced like "ti" in "tick". नमस्ते

As a third shifter (4 10 hr days) who sleeps at night on my days off, I have found these to be wonderful for helping to transition my sleep/wake rthyms. I feel also since I've been practicing these for about 3 weeks now, my regular meditation times are deeper. Thank you and Namaste

I was so irritated and restless. Reacting big to traffic and the congestion of people. I actually thought of having a glass of wine to calm down. Instead, I did this practice. I am centered, peace filled and aligned. Wow. Wow! Namaste Ally. Namaste to all who practice Yoga Nidra.

There are plenty of "voice only" tracks on my channel, if you type "Sarovara Yoga Voice Only" you will find them all. There are many many people who really enjoy the sound meditation combination so I have a good deal of those in the mix.

Ally, I like the visualization exercises a lot. The field of stars, fireflies, & so forth. They assist in getting me out of 'narrative' thinking and into the kind of mental twilight between sleep and wakefulness which, for me, are part of the restorative aspect of the practice. Kind regards, N.

Hi Ally, this was just what I needed today. I'm due to fly to budapest in an hour and I had a headache, apprehension and tiredness. I found I really connected to the rotation of imagery, as until then I was still a little in my head. I really felt an emotional response to the images quite strongly and it took me a lot deeper.
