Are you feeling stressed out? Overworked? Exhausted? Sleep deprived? All of the above? Enjoy this 26 minute guided meditation any time of day. An experience that will take you on a journey into the deep states of sleep where you can let go of the grip of the external world, responsibilities and your 'to-do lists' so you can relax back into the essence of who you really are. Imagine your most nourishing afternoon power nap that leaves you feeling rested, restored, and rejuvenated. Like a warm cup of tea for you whole central nervous system.
In yoga nidra we work with Sankulpa or intention setting. This helps you to become aware of what your heart needs and to create a life that you desire most; one that you deserve. It also helps you to lean away from the things you do not want. Simply relax back into the soothing sounds of binaural beats as I guide you through the different brain wave states of sleep via a detailed body scan to bring to light the sensations of your pure being-ness, followed by an awareness of the breath body or pranic body. Reconnect to your body and follow the breath as you dive into a deep state of light altered consciousness; a state of wakeful sleep where you can abide as just being, at one with the whole universe around you. Weaving in the mantra 'So Hum' or 'I am that' to embody a complete sense of oneness with all that there is. Plant the seed of your intention deep into the subconscious mind before you awaken to the sound of Koshi chimes.

I am so glad I found your site - another one thru Ally - as I really loved this one! It has been one of the odd perks of Covid that I spend so much time on YT. Even though I have a 46 year yoga and meditation practice I had not seen nidras before. But then my practice has evolved in various forms over the years- and I am grateful for that.

Loved this! I started yoga nidra when I was pregnant and felt so groggy and exhausted after taking a nap. Yoga nidra is such a great option and thankful for its restorative properties 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi Kristyn, I practised this beautiful YN late last night before sleep. It was a wonderful experience. The second you spoke my whole being evened from top to bottom. I was reminded of exquisitely fine velvet. The energy throughout was both dense and subtle and deeply vibrant like a humming buzz 🐝 😃. It felt as though the deep dive has brought the treasure to the surface. It feels as though you plugged in my whole electrical system in its new form. I feel commissioned, ready to go and it feels AMAZING! I’m going to commit the experience to words because there’s so much more to thank you for. The words for you that come are Rewire livewire … a commissioner of the human electrical system. You’re fanbloomintastic, young lady! ☺️💖💪🙏🏻🙏🏻

Loved this! Learned about it from ally’s video. I’m on Oahu sand just stared my day with this. Some constructive feedback: the abrupt stops in the music during the San kalpa took me out of the lovely depths you had previously carried me to. I hope your next one doesn’t have this. Ally recommended you in her last post. I practice several times each day with her nidra’s on you tube since 2 years now, as I am still at home with long covid and improving little by little. I have recommended her to so many people and now that she recommends you, I practiced with you just now 😄🤩. Thanks for this relaxing experience :) I also found you via Ally, great she suggested you! I am certainly going to do more of your yoga nidras! One small thing, due to the sudden silence in the background music my attention was drawn to it everytime it stopped. So much, that one of the first times (when it was at the same time while you did not speak) I thought my phone stopped the video.

The best Yoga Nidra I've found! However, the abrupt stops in music detracted a lot from the experience, as I thought the track had stopped, or my phone had died etc. Please could you upload the same Yoga Nidra but with a continuous backing track? 🙏

Practiced with you for the first time today. I find your voice very natural sounding and calming - I instantly felt at home. I felt relaxation and comfortable warmth throughout my whole body and when the practice had finished I didn't wanna come of the blissful Nidra state : ) looking forward to meditating with your other Nidras. ☀️
