Ayla, this one was sooo good. Not only was the rain backdrop perfect, but I just so happened to listen to this with my window ajar. Unbeknownst to me, a light rain had begun to fall irl, and when I removed my earbuds after it was over, I was greeted with a no so unfamiliar sound.🌨🖤

I've enjoyed each of the yoga nidra practices that you've created and I have tried. This particular one seems to be having the most impact on me at this time. In some sessions I can stay fully conscious the entire time, sometimes I go into deeper consciousness where I still have some awareness of where I am & what I'm doing, but I don't consciously hear your words. On occasion a part of my body will twitch slightly without conscious choice. Pretty much every time I have felt energy vibrating in my hands at the end of each session.
This is so fascinating, how the body can respond and release when it is fully rested. Thank you for practicing with me and I hope that these practices continue to bring you to a restful state of ease. 🖤🖤🖤

i love it! i have burst out in laughter in my practice before too... i wanted to stop myself but then realized it wasn't meant to be suppressed... so fascinating how this practice can let you be yourself in amusing and cathartic ways.
Your breath is yours. You are welcome to change it if that makes you more comfortable. Come as you are. I mean this more so in the way that you can observe your breath and allow it to move in its natural state. There is no effort that is required other than to observe your inhale and exhale. Does that help? Do you have more questions?
Can I transcribe these: Re write them, and read them for my own family and friends? I found great health and rejuvenation since discovering yoga nidra and I am in love. I want to spread it. I have been taking courses and my body responds well to it. I could listen for 72 hours straight on Loop 😅
