Post session: Dear Tanis, Kaeleen (Smiling Lotus) here, How did we do that? This may seem psychotic sounding- at the last Kosha my mouth was a desert, I could hear my asthma and tobacco riddled voice dwindling weaker, and then I left my body. I could see from behind me as if looking through binoculars the couch I was on- but Inwas not on the couch, nobody was. My existence was there watching an illusion where my existence was not there while realizing I am there. I thought maybe I took the eyemask off but quickly realized I had not. I witnessed many deaths of myself. And the sadness in the entirity of my web of people and life if the body was in the ground or dust. Then, I could not wait for the desires of the body like water, a banana, a smile from a loved one, a cigarette. I became deeply grateful for my life as I hardly held the body and touched my mortality with an immortal part of me. Now, I feel calm, a little overwhelmed and the potency of life is strong like never before. I am protected. What comes next? With lovepeacejoy, ❤ Smiling Lotus (K. Brave)

Tanis, your yoga nidras are the best for me, but I have a problem with the music. The music distracts my concentration on your voice & your directions. I use the older ones regularly. Is it possible to post 2 versions either on youtube or insight timer?
