Parkinson's Disease is a progressive neurodegenerative movement disorder. So far we have not found any cure for it. All the known treatments can control symptoms mainly by replenishing low Dopamine reserves.
However, Lifestyle changes can help you to slow the progression of disease.
There is a substantial role of Meditation, Exercise, and Yoga in slowing the progression of the disease. Some modifications in diet can also help including taking good care of gut health.

Dear Doctor Kindly suggest some yoga exercises for improvement in walking. Sometimes I feel locked in walking. Also suggest some yogic exercises for speech therapy.

Sir, I am 61, suffering from distonia, unable to sit. But I. can do every domestic work. Both of my palm tremor. Have balancing problem while walking. No problem while sleeping. Can I do the above exercise. Suggest me some remedy

I also am suffering from parkinsion,medicine also am eating named,syndopa plus and pacitane 2mg 3rice and twice respectfully since one yr.can i have leave medicine replacing by exercises? I also do exercises degined by dr sanjaya yadab and dr marjory johson. I want to leave these medicines deu to elergic reaction.i am from nepal.please give me appropriet sugessions.
