Another full yoga wheel class packed with deep backbends, splits, and inversions. Do what you can and listen to your body. You will build strength, and flexibility. Be safe! It's okay to modify!
😅 Use the ad breaks as a place to rest of play more with the poses we are in. I try to strategically place them where you may want more time to play or rest!

Possibly the best class I've ever done. It was my first time doing a headstand. I just wish you could give us a wee bit more time to get into a pose.

Oh wow thank you so much! I did go a bit fast. If you do it again you could try to play back at a slightly slower speed! Others have found that helpful and RU-vid gives that option. Appreciate the feedback and you taking the class!

That was both fun and challenging! Thank you! Also- I would love a yoga flow that focuses on arm balances with transitions to headstand, forearm stand or handstand. Thanks again for all your amazing classes :)

Very interesting class, exactly what I was looking for. But so sad not to be able to perform it ... too fast!!! So fast that it dangerous, no time for stable position with the wheel.

Sorry it was too fast. Facebook does give an option to slow down or speed up playback speed. 🙏🏼

I think ur amazing This was my first time using a wheel and the class was a bit too fast for me but it was so good. Maybe after I get used to the wheel. i didn’t know u had a RU-vid channel. Thank u 4 this class

How frequently should I use the wheel?

Katy Cheung 0404 I like to bring it out any time I am working on deeper backbends. Depends on what your goals are. It doesn’t have to be a wheel. I released a wall yoga class that really helps with backbends and inversions as well. I would say it’s up to you!

Thanks for asking. I’m feeling good. Starting on medications this week to starve the starve the cancer cells from estrogen and one to stop them from being able to divide. so I’m hoping for minimal side effects. 🤞🤞

This is a class to follow along with. You can slow down the play back speed if it feels fast.

Good start, good ending,.way too fast again in the middle.. your classes could be great if you would let us come into the pose before you leave it..

Thank you! I agree. I was too fast with this one. I have a few other wheel classes you might like more or I suggest listening to it at a slightly slower speed. You can change the playback speed. Thanks 🙏🏼

This could have been a lot of fun but it was just frustrating.... you go way too fast. I couldn’t even settle in one posture that you were already 2 postures ahead. No hate, just an honest feedback

I appreciate your feedback. That was the first time I’ve heard that on this one. You could always play it back at a slower speed. That’s an option. Sorry you didn’t enjoy it.
