Just received mine and assembled last night. Mine looked most* like the I version of the key, but the "wings," at the top were bigger than the keys you displayed. Mine wouldn't line up when I used the pins. I removed the pins and everything lined up just fine. Great looking key. I'm super pleased with the product!
Yes, all of the OEM keys of this style for Lexus and Toyota have the keys molded into the case. You'll need to break it out if it's not already broken. I sell fresh blanks as well if you prefer to keep your existing key intact.
Nice, mine is an "I" blade, but instead of notches, it has floating pins. Shouldn't be an issue, I'll find out in a couple days. 02 IS300 *Update 11/16/2020 WAS a slight issue, nothing a grinding wheel or Dremel couldn't carefully fix.
