I was looking at recipes and came across this one. Literally exactly what I was making without watching the video. With the exception of the coconut milk. Which I’ll just use a little bit of regular milk. Thank you for sharing
It's a southern thing too. Lol I'm originally from South Carolina and we eat rice almost every day. Haven't been there for a few years but I incorporate rice a lot although my husband loves potatoes😂
Hi Rose!!! Your recipes always look so...delicious. YUMS!!! I sure do have to make this. Wish I had some rite now. Thanks for another wonderful recipe. Great Video!!!...🦋
Thank you! I'm a Blaxican and I appreciate your skillz! God Bless and Much Love🙏🏽👑✝️💙 *Remember:* Jesus Christ loved us all, so much that He died on the cross for all of our sins, he was buried and He rose again on the third day and if we just Believe in His Finished Work, we are saved and justified from all sin. ✝️1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV Bible) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have *Believed* in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures ✝️John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever *Believeth* in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” ⚠️✝️Galatians 2:16 - Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have *Believed* in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. ✝️1 John 3:23 “And this is his commandment, That we should *Believe* on the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment."
This had really good flavor but I ended up having to transfer the chicken separately to the oven in the end because the chicken wasn’t done and rice was getting too dry and hard if I cooked it anymore
This looked great. Nice and easy also. I can't help but think I'd like to also do this substituting the chicken with some large shrimp, clams and precooked chunks of crab. Great video Lady, have a great day 🌤 😀 👍
I’m making this recipe today, however, I have boneless chicken breast, is that ok to use? I know I would get more flavor from the chicken thighs, but just using what I have. Also, if using chicken bouillon, do you suggest not using chicken broth? Just wondering if I use both will it be too salty. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Hey , I just did your recipe and for some reason mine came out so creamy? It was very delicious but it didn’t turn out like your at all. I didn’t use thighs I did breast. I did everything correct. Does anybody know what I did wrong? Atleast it tasted great!
There's no substitute for coconut milk...especially cream..that's a no. .just leave it out...the coconut milk gives a certain taste to the rice nothing else can give..if you have coconut oil you could use some of that
