Nice! learning a little bit... will have to adapt some of these to what I have available. The push ups off the flexible bar remind me of things I did while in the Army. LOL... feel the burn... always fun when the nerve agent sets in and your body starts shaking.

Rather than a flexible bar I've used bands before, hard stabilisation wise. Great vid as ever guys

Looks very similar to the 6 count, and movements like these fixed my shoulder injury I got in the army. BURNS, but builds.

I'm glad to see that shoulder circuit but dear God dude needs to stop using momentum. You're robbing yourself m8 I'm only benching 200kg/440 lbs but using 5 lb dumbbells with a slower speed on Meadows' shoulder circuit is absolutely the way to go. Not using momentum

Some people grind their teeth but it's also proven to make you breath so you don't pass out.

I wear one because I have some damaged teeth and have a tendency to grind and grit them.
