Yup, the older you get the more that kind of thinking inhabits your brain . It can get to you if you let it .

It's sad that you have no hope, and you are right to do so: we as humans live and die. But, this doesn't mean we can't benefit from our death... We have a Salvation, in Jesus, our King. Humanity is destined now for death, but we still have one last chance: to believe. Indeed, without God, without our Saviour, there is no hope for our deaths, which is indeed sad. But, believing in God's plan for Salvation, we can live after our death, which is indeed the best hope we can get. I pray you start realising the great fortune you have to be able to live eternal. Our natural instinct is to preserve our lives, but as our Lord and Saviour said: "Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it." It's better to lose your life for Him now, and get that life after, winning it, than finding and preserving your life now, to just loose it at the end.

Jesus loves you! He loves us! Father God and His Son, Jesus, love us so much they created us to be part of their family and live together in heaven for eternity. They are our hope. Turn away from this wicked world and ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. Your true life begins at that moment.
